About
I feel like an old man, the internet is barely recognisable since I become involved in the mid 90’s. I can’t actually remember when I started to build web sites as I’d often played with bits of code here and there just for laughs for a while. Previously, I was one of those little boys that sat in his bedroom programming for kicks. I enjoyed the challenge of solving complex, sometime mathematical problems. Also, there’s a certain buzz you feel when you have created something out of nothing and it works. It just works, rather than blue screening, crashing and dying like some many windows applications!
I’m certainly not any sort of mathetical whizz. I found it boring and unaspiring to be honest. School for me, especially in the early days was rather confusing as like with many children I was a little slow and dyslexic. I hated English and writing in any way at all. I think ironic that now I write for several web sites on very different subjects. I do have a couple of very high ranking blogs and web sites, though every day I still learn something new and add to my knowledge base that sits between my ears.
I have and still do run web sites and much what I write about in this blog will be in connection the operation and marketing of web sites, plus general technology/nerdy type content.
I am still open to freelancing oportunities in all interesting industries and should you have something in mind, then just email me sinsearch@googlemail.com
